The Adams County Fair, which dates back to 1888 and is now the largest county fair in the state, runs Wednesday to Sunday, July 29 to August 2, 2026. Entry to the fairgrounds and most of the jam-packed schedule is FREE, but the Demolition Derby and main stage concerts are ticketed events (ranging from $20 to $32).

Senior Day is on Thursday, July 30 beginning at 10 a.m. in the Waywire Dome. Guests 55 and older may enjoy a FREE lunch, then enjoy a lineup of special activities. We’re told parking for seniors will be free that day until 1 p.m.
Friday is designated Kids Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring bounce houses, petting zoo, entertainment, meet and greets with local sports mascots and other activities.
Be sure to check out the acts on the entertainment stage, located between the Waymire Dome and the United Power Grandstands. Performers include Dotsero, Global Sound, Rick Garcia Band, Little Moses Jones, Jacob Larson Band and Outlaw Mariachi.
Grandstand Events
There will be a number of ticketed events including a concert with Cooper Alan, Dylan Marlowe and Austin Snell, demolition derbies, and Keith Nieto with La Furia del Bravo. Admission for adults is about $30. (Some shows offer VIP tickets, too.) The Youth Rodeo on Wednesday costs about $12.50. Get tickets and info here.
Carnival
Wristbands good for unlimited carnival rides are $20 on Friday before 3 p.m. for kids and valid until 4 p.m. The unlimited ride wristband is $25 on Wednesday, $30 on Thursday and $35 for the rest of the fair.
Fair Hours
Hours are 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday and 10 a.m. to midnight the rest of the week.
Parking
Parking is limited. Parking is $30 (onsite) per car at the Regional Park and must be paid by credit card.
But FREE off-site parking with FREE shuttle service is available from Prairie View High School, Riverdale Ridge High School, Shadow Ridge Middle School and the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center.
Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes.
