Downtown Aquarium’s Super Saturdays: BOGO Exhibit Pass at 50% Off

POSTED BY
Bryan

There’s nothing fishy about this deal. Okay, maybe just a little. The savings should cause big waves for frugal families because the Downtown Aquarium (700 Water St.) in Denver doesn’t offer many discounts on tickets.

On Saturdays in September, the popular attraction is offering a Super Saturdays special — buy one Exhibit Pass at regular price and get a second one at 50% off. The offer is valid on September 7, 14, 21 and 28. The offer requires this coupon, which you can print or show on a mobile device at the box office. On Saturdays, they’re open from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The regular price of an adult ticket is $22.99, so, with the discount, the second adult ticket is $11.50. (With the discount, the cost for two adults is $34.49 — plus, any taxes.)

The regular price for seniors (65+) is $21.99 and children (ages 3 to 11) is $16.99. Children 2 and under are FREE.

The Downtown Aquarium was purchased by Landry’s Restaurants, Inc. in 2003, when it was Colorado’s Ocean Journey Aquarium. On July 14, 2005, Landry’s reopened the redesigned complex as Downtown Aquarium.

The entertainment and dining complex features a public aquarium, boasting more than a million gallons of underwater exhibits that highlight fascinating ecosystems around the world.

Downtown Aquarium houses more than 500 species of animals, the interactive Stingray Reef touch tank, Aquarium Restaurant, Dive Lounge, the Nautilus Ballroom and amusements for the entire family.
