Here’s how the ticket lottery works:

NOTE: Lottery seats may be located anywhere in the theater, including in the balcony. Seating is at the discretion of the venue.

All times are MST.

To enter the digital lottery, you will need to do the following:

Create a Lucky Seat account or login to an existing one.

Select which performances you want to enter or select them all.

Select whether you want one (1) or two (2) tickets.

Winners will be contacted via e-mail and text on each respective drawing date. Drawings begin at 10 a.m. and continue throughout the day as needed.

IMPORTANT: Winners have a limited window to purchase their tickets — usually just three hours after being notified that they have been selected. If you miss the window to purchase your tickets, you’re totally out of luck!

Be sure to check your inbox or texts often on each respective drawing date.
