Ever wonder what happens to all those Christmas trees or fallen leaves you leave out for recycling collection? They’re turned into mulch and compost. This year, Denver residents only can get their hands on FREE mulch on Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or while supplies last) during the annual Mulch Giveaway.
