Denver’s Boutique Warehouse Sale will return on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Number Thirty Eight from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a VIP shopping hour starting at 9 a.m. The Boutique Warehouse Sale features 10 of Denver’s best female-owned-and-operated local boutiques. Shoppers can expect deep discounts (50% to 75% off) on everything from apparel and accessories to intimates and activewear.

Participating boutiques include Stitch Boutique, Lady Jones, CoCo and Grace, Blush, Melrose and Madison, Patterns and Pops, Jupiter + Jo, DAME, Paisley and Park, and Gracie’s.
Several bars will be set up and food options are available.
Shoppers should come dressed in leggings, sports bras, etc. as there will be no fitting rooms. Coat check will be available.
The sale offers several options to shop:
VIP Hour ($25) opening at 9 a.m., capped at 150 tickets, for exclusive, first-look access, a free drink and an exclusive tote bag.
General Admission ($15) from 10 a.m. to noon and one free drink.
FREE Admission for entry after noon.

Ticket sales from the event benefit the Rocky Mountain Alliance (RMA) Children’s Foundation, a local nonprofit organization run by female philanthropists with a mission to improve the lives and well-being of Denver-area children in need.
Over the years, the Boutique Warehouse Sale has raised approximately $5,000 during each sale for the charity partner.
