Due to anticipated extremely cold temperatures, Denver Botanic Gardens has decided to close both sites – York Street and Chatfield Farms – Saturday through Monday, January 18 to 20, 2025, for the care and safety of staff, volunteers and visitors. The closures include the SCFD Free Day that was scheduled for Monday, January 20, celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The Gardens encourages visitors to register for a future SCFD Free Day and because of this cancellation, an additional Free Day on Monday, March 17 has been added.
All who registered for classes, programs and general admission tickets will be notified via email about exchanges or refunds.
