Come search for the perfect pumpkin for all your Halloween and fall festivities at Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms 10-acre pumpkin patch. The Pumpkin Festival is held Friday to Sunday, October 8 to 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m each day. Families can enjoy hayrides, photo booths, face painting, an antique tractor exhibit, carnival games, live music and more.
Plus, you can explore the 750 acres of native flora, fauna and beautiful wetlands at Chatfield. Pumpkin prices vary by size; the average price is $8.
Drop off your pumpkins at pumpkin daycare, located near the exit of the pumpkin patch. Volunteers will take good care of your pumpkins while you enjoy the rest of the festival.
Free tractor shuttles are available to the parking lot or pumpkin golf cart shuttles provide service directly to your car for an additional fee.
You must purchase a ticket online for a specific date and time to visit. Tickets will not be available onsite. Tickets will be available for purchase in mid-September with advance ticket sales for Gardens members.
Tickets are $12 Adult, $10 Adults Member, Student, Senior 65+, Military, and Child (ages 3-15); $7 Child Member & Children 2 and under are FREE.
Admission includes all activities within the festival and each child’s admission includes 20 carnival game tickets. Separate costs include the Corn Maze (discounted price of $8), pumpkin golf cart shuttles directly to your car, stunt jump, additional carnival game tickets, food or other purchases from vendors.
