CU Dorm Sale – Shop Reclaimed Dorm Essentials at Bargain Prices

POSTED BY
Laura

When CU Boulder students move out each spring, Resource Central’s team, in partnership with the University of Colorado’s Environmental Center, is on site to collect their unneeded dorm items to keep them out of the landfill. These items are made available for the community to shop at the annual CU Yard Sale, with most priced at just $1 to 15. This year’s event is Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It’s a simple way to save money and support conservation!

  • Shop reclaimed dorm essentials, including:
  • Storage bins and shelves
  • Fans and small appliances
  • Baskets and shower caddies
  • Lamps
  • Mirrors and wall décor
  • And more fun finds!

Then, stick around between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for Rock & Reuse, with live music from DJ Deuce, Nacho Mama’s taco truck, kids activities, and more!

6400 Arapahoe Rd., Boulder.
