‘Crosscurrents’ Offers Free Music & Fun On The South Platte July 12

POSTED BY
Laura

Crosscurrents is a FREE riverside music festival on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Confluence Park. Headliner is Poolside. Besides live music, there will be a Kids Zone, plenty of food trucks and the chance to try water activities such as tubing or kayaking on the South Platte River.

Supporting musical acts include Thomas Jack, Indigo Waves, The High Lines, Goldilok and Crl Crrll.

Festival attendees can try tubing or kayaking thanks to Confluence Kayak & Ski. River equipment including tubes, kayaks, lifejackets, and helmets will be provided.

The Kids Zone features a rock climbing wall, a lemonade stand, facepainting, plus games and crafts led by South Platte River Environmental Education (SPREE) teachers. It’s located on the south side of REI and open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Proceeds benefit The Greenway Foundation, a nonprofit working to reclaim the South Platte River.
