Commerce City 4th Fest Boasts Largest Public Fireworks Show In Colorado. Watch Team USA Compete In World Nations Rugby Cup Beforehand

The annual FREE Commerce City 4thFest takes place at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park officially starting at 3 p.m. and is open to the public. A family festival will include a bounce house, a rock-climbing wall, an alpine tubing slide, a mechanical bull, pedal carts and more. This year’s event is a first-time partnership with USA Rugby for the inaugural World Rugby Nations Cup!

Watch Team USA take on Portugal, with another preceding match featuring Tonga vs. Zimbabwe in this world-class Independence Day doubleheader.

The LARGEST public fireworks show in Colorado launches after the game.

Rugby fans can watch Tonga vs. Zimbabwe at 4:15 p.m. and USA vs. Portugal at 7 p.m.

Rugby match tickets are available here. They start at $32 and include both games, plus the fireworks.

Following the game, fans in attendance may sit directly on the field and view the Fireworks Celebration.

Getting There

Due to limited parking, the RTD bus and rail system is encouraged. Route 62 bus stop is at the stadium’s front door.

Local fans who live within the vicinity of the stadium can bike to 4th Fest and park their bikes, scooters and strollers at the Rapids’ Park Everything Lot, which is located on the east side of the stadium between Gates B and C.
