Rise of the Turtles Tuesdays! Cicis is joining forces with Nickelodeon’s Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to bring you Rise of the Turtles Tuesdays! Every Tuesday night, get a 99¢ Kid’s Buffet with purchase of an adult buffet and large drink from 4 p.m. to closing at participating locations. Valid for kid turtles 10 and under.
