“Camp Christmas” Is Coming To Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park

POSTED BY
Bryan

This holiday season, Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park will be home to “Camp Christmas.” We love a little camp with our egg nog, don’t you? Not for the faint of festivity, this over-the-top outdoor extravaganza turns the holiday spirit all the way up with mesmerizing displays of decorations that shift time and reality.

Journey through artist Lonnie Hanzon’s fantastical wonderland of lights, dazzling decorations, music, and memorabilia as you explore mesmerizing yuletide scenes spread across a six-acre landscape.

Visit Santa’s Glampsite and share your Christmas wishes with the man himself. (Select days only; special Santa Visit ticket required.)

Sip seasonal cocktails and craft hot cocoa as you discover jolly jokes at 23 pun trees, collect virtual Merry Badges, and enjoy a free Audio Tour.

Snag the perfect holiday photo (or 10!) as you immerse yourself in extraordinary holiday installations, located within and around authentic historic buildings from Denver’s past.

Camp Christmas sits on approximately six acres at Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park. Bundle up and be prepared to be outside for the majority of your experience.

The Park is also home to unique historic structures, several of which will be decked out on the inside for Camp Christmas, giving you the opportunity to pop indoors to take in a dazzling display and to warm up. You can easily skip the indoor experiences if you would prefer to remain outside the entire time.

The Base Camp bar will be outdoors, while the Fairy Bar will be indoors. Indoor restrooms are available before you enter Camp at the Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park Visitors’ Center.

Tickets are on sale now.

The fun take place most days from November 18 to January 2, 2021. The hours are usually 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. There are additional operating hours starting December 17.

Tickets range from $8 to $25 depending on date and time.
