AstroTours.org has regular programs in Denver and Boulder where the group sets up telescopes and a professional astronomer guides you through the night sky. Regular programs are held at City Park in Denver every Wednesday. There are also programs under darker skies just outside of Boulder four times a week.
The Boulder gatherings are every Sunday, Monday, Thursday and alternating Fridays and Saturdays.
Events start at sunset and last two hours. In January, they start at 5:30 p.m. and in February, they start at 6 p.m.
They operate January 1 to March 1, 2024.
Tickets for adults cost $30, but use the code MHOTC10 at checkout and get $10 off.
AstroTours understands that some guests may have genuine financial need, and they are open to adjusting prices further in those cases, as long as the request comes with a smile.
