There are many ways to show your American pride. One of the best ways to celebrate Memorial Day (and show your “red, white and blue” pride) is to wave a flag or display one in your front yard. And, once again, Ace Hardware is honoring American veterans by sponsoring a One Million Flag Giveaway. The annual giveaway is very popular, so be sure to get there early.

One Million Flag Giveaway
On May 23, 2026, Ace Hardware is giving away a FREE 8″ x 12″ American flag at participating locations. No purchase necessary.
For each flag given to customers, a second flag will be donated to local VFW posts to be placed on veterans’ graves in tribute.
The giveaway is available while supplies last. Limit one flag per customer.
Most locations open at 8 a.m. on Saturdays. However, hours vary by location.
