Are you ready for a sweet celebration, Colorado? 85°C Bakery Cafe is officially opening its first location in Colorado on Friday, September 18, 2026 at Parker Commons (2767 S. Parker Rd.) in Aurora. The opening marks a major milestone for the Taiwanese bakery-café as its 100th U.S. location, bringing its fresh-baked breads and pastries, signature cakes and handcrafted coffee, tea and boba beverages to Colorado for the first time.

About 85°C Bakery Cafe
Founded in Taiwan in 2003, 85°C Bakery Cafe was created around the belief that premium coffee, bread and cake should be accessible enough to enjoy every day.
The brand opened its first U.S. location in Irvine, California, in 2008 and today operates 100 locations across the U.S. and more than 1,000 locations worldwide.
Each 85°C location features an in-shop bakery offering more than 50 varieties of pastries baked fresh hourly, signature cakes and handcrafted, made-to-order coffee, tea and boba beverages.
The name 85°C comes from the idea that 85 degrees Celsius is the ideal temperature for brewing espresso and symbolizes the brand’s commitment to quality across its menu.
Grand Opening Celebration
To mark the special occasion, 85°C is hosting a grand opening weekend celebration from September 18 to 20, 2026 — featuring a ribbon-cutting and matcha ceremony on Friday, giveaways throughout the weekend and special prizes for early customers, including gift cards, t-shirts, a ceremonial-grade matcha tin and more.

For the grand opening weekend, the bakery-café will be open the following hours:
Friday, September 18 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
