The Theater Company of Lafayette‘s production of “Time of My Life” promises to be the best restaurant conversation you’ve ever eavesdropped on. Meet the Strattons: Gerry Stratton has organized a family dinner with his sons Glyn and Adam at his favorite North London restaurant to celebrate his wife Laura’s 54th birthday. As he proposes a toast to happy times, something quite different happens. Family skeletons come tumbling from all directions, as stories are ingeniously played out in past, present, and future. (Note: Due to adult themes, the show is not recommended for children.) Join the conversation on opening night, Friday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m. for $10. (There is also a small service fee of $1.34.) Even if you miss out on this performance, admission is a reasonable $16 for adults and $13 for seniors/students. Shows continue Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. through June 4; Thursday, May 19 at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday May 22 at 2 p.m. Get tickets here or by calling 800-838-3006 ext. 1. The Mary Miller Theater is at 300 E. Simpson St., Lafayette.
