Tahona Tequila Bistro just west of Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall is serving a $25 three-course dinner from Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14 with a choice of items for each course. First Course: Queso Fundido, chorizo & asadero; empanadas or a half order of nachos. Second Course: Smoked brisket enchiladas with mole sauce, seared tilapia with pineapple salsa or quinoa-stuffed red bell pepper.
