Explore the culture of India at the Indian Wedding Festival on Saturday, September 19 at Denver’s City & County Building. Organizers, vendors, performers and yoga instructors will be ready at 11 a.m. for thousands of people who come to celebrate, participate in workshops, socialize, dance, shop and eat. The FREE event runs well into the evening. There is even a Bollywood fashion show. One of the most anticipated aspects of the Festival is the East Meets West Yoga event. From the founder of the Hanuman Festival – Yoshi Aono to the founder of Rhythm Sanctuary – Ahva Lenay, the line-up is of the most active yogis and conscious group of Colorado. Starting at 12:30 p.m. the workshops, classes and a panel discussion will enhance your skill set.
