Celebrate the Winter Solstice a couple of days early by watching the Cool Hand Ice Carving team build ice sculptures in Belmar on Saturday, December 19. Ice sculptures will be on display all day (or until they melt) surrounding The Rink at Belmar during a FREE Winter Solstice Party.
