The Mental Health Center of Denver hosts a day of FREE healthy activities and breakout sessions to promote physical, relational, financial, mental and personal well-being on Wednesday, May 18. Registration, breakfast and an optional yoga session begin at 8 a.m. Keynoter Jody Andrews, professor of positive psychology and author, speaks about “Live Thrive, Flourish” from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., followed by morning and afternoon breakout sessions on a variety of topics related to well-being. Lunch is served at noon. ASL, Spanish and CART services are provided. Stipends for child care and transportation are available. There’s no reason not to attend.
