The 71st annual Conference on World Affairs at the main University of Colorado Campus and a few other venues in Boulder kicks off on Tuesday, April 9 and continues until Saturday, April 13. This is a departure from the previous Monday through Friday schedule. It again provides five days of stimulating informative, educational, interactive, intellectual, provocative and entertaining sessions — all FREE — with some of the finest minds in the land. Discussions are lively and engaging.
Originally focused on international relations, CWA years ago expanded to the arts, media, science, diplomacy, technology, environment, spirituality, politics, business, medicine, human rights and more during some 200 panels, plenaries and performances.
The popular topics of sports and food were added last year. Click here for links to the day-by-day schedule.
CWA takes place at locations on the University of Colorado’s Boulder campus and a handful elsewhere in the city. No CWA parking is permitted on campus during the day but many lots are open during evening events, and FREE parking is available on the top level of the Macy’s parking structure at Twenty Ninth Street with FREE HOP bus service every 15 minutes to and from campus.
