It’s difficult to see many popular restaurants close in the last few years. Local restaurants and bars are what give any city its character and flair. And, unfortunately, yet another popular restaurant is closing its doors for good. After 12 years of serving great food and cocktails, LoHi SteakBar (3200 Tejon St.) in Denver has made the difficult decision not to renew its lease.

When LoHi SteakBar came onto the scene in 2009, it was one of the first restaurants to open in the emerging neighborhood of LoHi. Twelve years later, the hot spot evolved into a neighborhood favorite for both cocktails and dinner.
LoHi SteakBar was known as one of the city’s best happy hours with its polished vibe, craft cocktails and hand-cut steaks.
The restaurant is saying farewell to customers with 50% off cocktails, wine and beer. The last day of business is Wednesday, June 15.
Expect the tables to be full, as many loyal customers enjoy the food and drinks for the last time. Cheers to 12 wonderful years!
