The first Cafe Rio Mexican Grill opened in 1997 in Southern Utah and, since then, loyal customers have been craving the restaurant’s fresh, made-to-order eats created from chef-inspired Mexican recipes — including tacos, burritos, enchiladas, salads, nachos, quesadillas and tostados. And Colorado is about to get two more locations!
All dishes are fully customizable and offer something for everyone to enjoy.
Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is hosting a grand opening celebration at two new Denver-area locations this fall and winter. First up is the new Greenwood Village location at 9351 E. Arapahoe Rd. on October 14 and 15.
The new Highlands Ranch location at 9215 S. Broadway will host its grand opening celebration on December 16 and 17.
Each new location will celebrate their grand opening with exciting games (like Plinko and corn hole) and chances for attendees to win a variety of prizes at the Burrito Prize Tent, including FREE food (up to 50 winners each day!), on October 14 and 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
On October 14, the first 100 dine-in customers will receive FREE gifts — starting at 10:30 a.m.
In addition, Cafe Rio will also be offering chips & salsa or chips & queso for $1.99, on both days from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. No coupon required. The special is only valid for dine-in and to-go orders.
All of the offers are only valid at the new Greenwood Village location.
The Cafe Rio app is available for fans to earn points on every food and beverage purchase. After signing up, users will receive a $5 credit in their account and can earn a $10 reward for every $100 of food purchased.
