Winemaker/CU Boulder alum Charles Bieler will be cruising into town on Wednesday, June 12, (in a 1966 pink Cadillac convertible, no less) as part of his 20th Anniversary Rosé Road Trip Tour. The fun kicks off at Improper City from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with photo opps with the Caddy and all sorts of #RoseRoadTrip swag, because nothing screams summer more than rosé, food trucks and a corn hole competition. This event is FREE and open to the public.
Charles recently embarked on a cross-country road trip, visiting 40 cities in 60 days, with the grand finale set to end in Aspen for the Food & Wine Classic. Ending in Colorado brings the tour full circle for Charles, who attended CU Boulder, where he was a member of the ski team during their National Championship reign.
The tour is a 20th anniversary tribute to when Charles first lived out of the Caddy for two years, post-college, traveling around the country to sing the praises of his family’s Provence rose during a time when most were drinking (or not drinking) sweet white zin. 3201 Walnut St., Denver.
