It’s a block party of Titanic proportions and totally appropriate given that is is hosted by Denver’s own leading lady, the unsinkable Margaret “Molly” Brown. Spend the afternoon wishing “Margaret” herself a happy birthday, meeting her great-granddaughter Helen Benziger, and being entertained by all of the amazing cultural partners participating in a birthday party to remember.
Molly Brown’s 150 & Fabulous Block Party takes place from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, between 13th and 14th on Pennsylvania Street. Enjoy, food, music, fun and tours of the Molly Brown House Museum. The street will be blocked off to cars and the following groups will be hosting booths at the street festival with lots of fun hands on activities for families and giveaways:

For 47 years, the Molly Brown House Museum has entertained and educated local audiences. Brown’s home has stood for over 125 years as a symbol of strong western women and the spirit that Colorado imbues on its communities and residents.
