Purina Offers Free Cat or Dog Adoption For 55+

PetsThe unconditional love of a pet is priceless at any age. And, if you’re 55 or older, the adoption itself is priceless — thanks to Purina. Of course, the iconic pet food brand is committed to finding a loving home for all cats and dogs. However, it’s even more important to find your new family member at a shelter. That’s why they offer Purina-funded adoptions (a.k.a FREE) for those 55 and older at participating shelters across the country — while funds are available. In Colorado, the following shelters participate in the program: Aurora Animal Shelter, Fort Morgan Humane Society, Humane Society of Fremont County, Chihuahua & Small Dog Rescue, Cat Care Society and Southern Colorado Spay/Neuter Association. To start the process, you’ll need to select a shelter and then print your voucher here. Did you know loving a pet can boost a person’s vitality and health? Of course, you did!
