Michaels Free Family Craft Time Workshops

craftsLooking for a fun activity? Why not create easy crafts with the kids? Arts and crafts supply store, Michaels hosts several FREE Family Craft Time sessions this month. Upcoming projects: Monday, February 10 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Create a Love Bug Card. Wednesday, February 12 from 10 a.m. to noon – Make a Valentine’s Day Frame. Wednesday, February 12 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Create a tissue paper heart. The whole family is welcome to drop into any session. Do note that projects are while supplies last, so get to your store early. Not all stores host the workshops, so it’s a good idea to call ahead.   1. I picked up a flyer for the Kids Club crafts while I was at Michaels last week. These are on Saturdays and are for kids ages 3 and up. These crafts are $2 per child. Still a good deal if you ask me…my kids have fun creating, have something to show for their work, and I don’t have to get out supplies or clean up a mess when they’re finished. But it’s not free.

  2. Becca, the Saturday programs DO cost $2. However these three mentioned in the post are special for Valentine’s Day week and are FREE.
