It’s garage sale season, giving people an opportunity to buy bargains or sell items they no longer want or use. We can’t list every single garage in the metro area, but we try to alert you to the big multi-family, community or neighborhood sales. For buyers, one stop can reap an abundance and variety of goods. For sellers, they are a way for folks to band together for the benefit of all. Speaking of maps, if you don’t know exactly where a sale location is, please check Mapquest. Unless otherwise indicated, all sales below are this Friday, Sept. 3, Saturday, Sept. 4 and/or Sunday, Sept. 5. Many sales request “no early birds.”
