CU Museum of Natural History – Free Admission We love museums because there’s always so much to learn and experience, especially for families. Did you know the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History is FREE all the time? With five exhibition halls, you can explore natural and cultural wonders from Colorado, North America and the world. They’re open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Museum admission is FREE. However, they have a very reasonable (if you can) suggested donation of $3 for adults and $1 for seniors/children (6 to 18). Plus, on occasion, there may be a small fee for certain museum programs. Henderson Building (15th & Broadway), Boulder, 303-492-6892.
