Cafe Rio’s $1.95 Taco Tuesdays

If you love fresh, authentic and flavorful Mexican food, then you’ll love Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. Every Tuesday, they offer Taco Tuesdays – your choice of a pork, chicken or beef taco for only $1.95 (reg. $2.75.) Plus, you can add beans, rice and a fountain drink for an additional $2. (A hearty lunch or dinner for under $4! Can you believe it?) Every tortilla is made from scratch, hand-rolled and cooked while you watch. The casual dining restaurant also uses the highest-quality, freshest ingredients available with no freezers or microwaves in their open view kitchen. And all of their sauces, salad dressings, salsas and guacamole are prepared fresh daily. If you become a fan, Cafe Rio has a loyalty reward program. After 10 meals (not tacos, remember), your next one is FREE. There are five locations in Colorado - Centennial (6907 S. University Blvd., 720-508-7350), Lakewood (14600 W. Colfax Ave.), Fort Collins (4414 S. College Ave., 970-530-2700), Glendale (610 S. Colorado Blvd., 720-389-3400) and Grand Junction (2412 Frontage Rd., 970-208-1800.)
