AMC: BOGO Ticket For Oscar-Nominated Films

movies 2We love the movies at Mile High On The Cheap, especially with the Oscars just around the corner. If you haven’t seen some of the Oscar-nominated flicks, now’s your chance to do so without needing to have a big Hollywood budget. Through Thursday, February 27, AMC Theatres is offering a buy-one-get-one FREE ticket on select nominated films: August: Osage County, Blue Jasmine, Captain Phillips, Inside Llewyn Davis, Nebraska, Philomena, The Wolf of Wall Street and 12 Years a Slave. The frugal flicks require this printable coupon. The free ticket must be for the same showingno mix & match. Plus, the offer is only valid Monday through Thursday. AMC Theatres has 12 locations in Colorado.

Re: BOGO films, NOT ONE of the films on the coupon is showing at any AMC theaters.

  2. Gini, you are mistaken. We checked the AMC site and looked at just a couple of the theater schedules and found several of the films including August: Osage County and Wolf of Wall Street on the schedule.

  3. Hardly any of these movies are showing locally. When they are, the only time is late night.

  4. Hope, again I have to disagree. We checked the showings at the various movie theaters. While not all the featured films are being shown in Colorado, those that are (usually at the AMC theaters with many screens) are being shown throughout the day. For example today you could see several of the films at 11 a.m. 1 p.m. 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. today, so it’s not just late at night.
