Here’s a buy-one-get-one-free deal that should make skiers and shredders ecstatic. The Ski Free Exchange Voucher program lets you ski for FREE (with the purchase of an adult lift ticket) at either Monarch Mountain or Powderhorn Ski Area. Here’s how it works. 1. Stop by any participating Shell gas station. 2. Pump 10 gallons or more. The station needs to give you a validated stamped SKI FREE voucher and stamped gas receipt. 3. You also need to print an online SKI FREE Exchange Voucher. 4. Take the validated stamped voucher, gas receipt and Exchange Voucher to either Monarch or Powderhorn for your one-day FREE lift ticket when you buy an adult lift ticket. The program runs through April 16 or until ski areas close for the season and there are a few blackout dates (116 & 1/17, 2/13 & 2/14 and 3/12 to 3/22 at Monarch).
